In Loving Memory of Sandi Kirsch
September 23, 1957 – September 7, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Sandi Kirsch, who bravely fought pancreatic cancer and is now resting in the arms of The Lord Jesus Christ.
Sandi’s journey through life, though marked by unimaginable challenges, was one of unwavering
faith, strength, and love. She was a beacon of courage, not just for her children but for all who had the privilege of knowing her.
For 48 years, Sandi faced the world from a wheelchair, bound by a T-6 paraplegia, yet her spirit was unbreakable. Despite the physical limitations she encountered daily, she never allowed them to define her. Sandi raised five children, showing them the true meaning of perseverance and the importance of never complaining or succumbing to life’s obstacles. Her smile was contagious, her laugh infectious, and her strength unmatched. To many, she was the toughest woman they’d ever known.
Sandi’s life was a testament to the power of love and faith. A devout Catholic, she walked her faith with grace, showing us all the power of trusting in God through every trial. Her faith was her foundation, and it radiated through every word of encouragement, every lesson of strength, and every story she shared. Those stories, often of overcoming struggles that many of us take for granted, left an indelible mark on all who heard them.
While her life was cut short, the legacy she leaves behind is one of unparalleled love and devotion. Sandi never allowed pain or weakness to show—she was a pillar of support for all who sought her counsel, a soundboard for family, friends, and loved ones. Even in her hardest times, she remained a source of strength for her children and grandchildren, always supporting their dreams and aspirations, never giving up on them.
She is survived by her five children, six grandchildren, and a vast circle of friends and family who will carry forward the lessons she taught—lessons of resilience, love, and faith in God. Though she is no longer with us physically, the void she leaves behind is immense. We feel her absence deeply, but we take comfort knowing she is with The Lord, where she will suffer no more.
We miss you, Mom. We will carry your memory in our hearts forever. Thank you for being the strongest, most loving woman we have ever known.
