Foods to Support Detoxification- Brief over view of detoxification: it has phases.

◦ Phase 1: collecting all the garbage in the house puts it in one spot.

▪ Vitamin B2, B3, B6, B12: salmon, leafy greens, liver, organ meats, eggs, milk, beef, oyster, clams, mussels, legumes.

▪ Folic acids: legumes, asparagus, eggs, leafy greens, beets, citrus, brussel sprouts, broccoli.

▪ Glutathione: spinach, avocados, asparagus, okra.

▪ Flavonoids: berries, red cabbage.

◦ Phase 2 : we need to add something to the garbage to safely eliminate it, for example, garbage bags to take it out of the house.

▪ Methionine: beef, turkey, fish, pork, tofu, milk, cheese, nuts, beans, whole grains.

▪ Cysteine: legumes, lentils, chickpeas

▪ Magnesium: pumpkin seeds, almonds, spinach, chasers, peanuts, dark chocolate, avocado, edamame.

▪ Glutathione: spinach, avocados, asparagus, okra.

Elimination: urine, bile, & stool.
